DIGI-CARDS CLOSING ON DISTRIBUTION DEALS.

MIAMI, FL JANUARY.11.08

Digi-cards will be capable of being distributed in more than 20,000 retail outlets around the United States by April of 2008, a Vital Digital LLC spokesman said today. The manufacturer of the secure content delivery system via a credit-card-like product said that most of their Digi-cards (Digimusicards, Digimoviecards, etc.) will have one of the best distribution channels via a renowned Calling Card distribution company which was not disclosed due to the ongoing contract negotiations, however Gerardo Alton-Ortega CEO of Vital Digital was quoted as saying "It′s a done deal, we have the product, they have the means and it is the last piece of our turn-key efforts to deliver the most advanced secure content delivery system to our clients". Vital Digital LLC executives are also expected to travel to China and Europe to close distribution deals using Digi-cards technology later this year.

SONY BMG LAUNCHES ALBUMS USING DIGIMUSICARD TECHNOLOGY.

Sony BMG announced it will launch a series of digital album cards for 37 of their Artists on January 15th of 2008. The cards, based on the retail point-of-sale to full album secure download system, created by Digimusicard will be distributed in more than 4,500 retail outlets making them the first major label using this technology. Universal and Warner are expected to join later this year. "This is a victory for our technology. DIGIMUSICARDS HAVE BEEN APPROVED BY RIAA AND IFPI.

The new Digimuscard system of music distribution and sales has been approved by IFPI (International Federation of Phonographic Industry) and RIAA (Recording Industry Association of America). Even though Vital Digital LLC, the parent company of Digimusicard, does not need to become a member of any of the organizations, it will keep them informed and report on production and sales of its product. Digimusicard was created as a new method of music distribution, which makes it almost impossible to duplicate and therefore aids in the fight of music piracy worldwide. DIGIMUSICARDS COMING SOON TO MAJOR RECORD LABELS.

Gerardo Alton-Ortega, founder and inventor of Digi-cards, has started talks with some trans-national recording labels and soon Digimusicards will be available to all Artists signed with major labels. "Some major labels have approched us, and talks have been very fluent and we expect to have new releases of albums by major recording Artists before the end of the year. Vital Digital LLC. parent company of Digimusicard has entered an agreement to manufacture the Digi-players (readers) of all Digi-card products with Fametech Inc., a Taiwanese manufacturer of magstripe readers. The Digi-players should be available to the public at the end of 2007 ranging in price from $29 to $69 USD. Digi-cards can still be used and downloaded manually by following the instructions in the back of each card.
